Spicy Hiit

Spicy HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is a form of cardiovascular exercise that alternates between periods of intense activity and periods of rest or low-intensity activity. The term "spicy" suggests that this class might have a particular focus on maintaining a challenging pace and intensity

In a Spicy HIIT class, participants can expect to experience a series of exercises that will quickly elevate their heart rates.
